Founded in Trieste in 1995, Antica Tostatura Triestina has been dedicated for 30 years to the art of wood-fired roasting and the creation of high-quality coffee blends. From our headquarters, we select the finest varieties of green coffee and slowly roast them according to their origin, using an artisanal method rooted in Trieste’s 18th-century tradition. The consistent heat of beechwood allows for an even roast right to the core of the bean, enhancing its distinctive notes and bringing out the full aromatic richness of espresso.
