Demus SpA

Demus, is an innovative enterprise and benefit company active since 1962 in production of green decaffeinated coffee for third-parties and on its own behalf, as well as in the production of crude caffeine. Since 2005, thanks to our accredited testing laboratory, we have been carrying out chemical-physical, organoleptic, and genetic analyses on coffee and its derivatives. We provide consulting and training on coffee, process and product quality control. Additionally, we carry out coffee research and development (R&D), both for proprietary projects and third-party clients.
